ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondent to register the Settlement Deed created on 30.01.2026, presented by the petitioner vide token in TP/247022762/2026.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the document is kept pending unnecessarily without process or orders being passed.
3. The learned Government Standing counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that what is annexed in the type set of papers and mentioned in the prayer is only the token number. Even though token was generated, the document is not presented with the respondent.
4. In view thereof, without going into the question whether the petitioner actually presented the document or not, the issue can be resolved by the following order:- (i) On 15.06.2026, the petitioner can present this document before the respondent / Sub Registrar, Kulithalai, Karur District, at 10:30 AM and upon presentation, the same shall be received and dealt with in the manner known to law.
(ii) Parties to act on the web copy of the order.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 2/4
