Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of the 4th respondent made in his proceeding No.1200/2016/Ni A1/dated 24.08.2016, relating with the modication of punishment to with held the petitioner's increment with cumulative effect for three years for the period of 01.07.2014, 01.07.2015 and 01.07.2016 to implement the order in G.O(D)No.298 PW (E1) Department dated 05.08.2013 and quash the same as it is arbitrary and illegal.
