J U D G M E N T

By an order dated 23.01.2021, the matter is settled before the Lok Adalat organised by District Legal Services Authority, Madurai, in connection with E.P.No.66 of 2009 against MCOP No.396 of 2017. A settlement has been arrived at before the Lok Adalat as per the terms of the of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. The entire amount has been deposited by the respondent, as per the award passed.

2.Hence no further order is necessary in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. There is already an order passed by the Lok Adalat to withdraw the entire amount, as a way of clarification, the claim petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent / transport corporation.
