Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.LAKSHMANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.330 of 2021 on 29.01.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner went to appear before the respondent police, he face trouble at the hands of respondent police. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.330 of 2021 on 29.01.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
