ORDER
The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 18.02.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22194 of 2024.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.22194 of 2024, dated 18.02.2025, has been duly complied with. Pursuant to the said order, police protection was provided for fencing the subject property. Thereafter, the petitioner lodged a complaint alleging that the accused had broken open the lock put up on the property, for which a separate FIR has also been registered. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that there has been no wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on the part of the respondent and, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Petition. 3.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, if any further unlawful act is committed by the accused, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authorities and seek redressal in accordance with law.
