O R D E R
This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents for engagement of the petitioner as Apprentice under the provisions of Apprentice Act, 1961 as per the petitioner's SSLC qualification.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. The case of the petitioner is that on 06.09.2016, the 2nd respondent has issued a call letter in No:PB/RR/39/APP-2016 to the petitioner by intimating that he was provisionally selected for engagement as Apprentice for the year 2016 and he was advised to report on or before 21.09.2016 for verification of certificates; that on 20.09.2016, the 2nd respondent, after scrutinizing the certificates of the petitioner has orally informed that the petitioner is not eligible for training on account of his entry in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
engineering studies; that the petitioner immediately sent a representation dated 20.09.2016 to the respondents to consider his SSLC and +2 qualification for the said apprenticeship training, as he did not hold any engineering decree as on the said date and since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the training for apprenticeship is scheduled to be commenced on 11.10.2016 and therefore, the respondents may be directed to consider the representation dated 20.09.2016 of the petitioner forthwith.
5. Learned counsel for the respondents would contend that the respondents are agreeable to consider the representation of the petitioner and suitable orders will be passed on the same within a reasonable time frame.

Under such circumstances, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2016 and to pass suitable orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law before 11.10.2016, as the apprenticeship training commences on 11.10.2016.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
