Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to make out a survey in petitioner's lands situated at S.F.No.511/4, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
511/2, 511/5 and 511/6, Muruthur Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District in the light of her representation dated 01.09.2016, within a time frame.
4.According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the property in S.F.No.511/4, 511/2, 511/5 and 511/6, Muruthur Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District. She filed an application dated 01.09.2016 to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey her property and fix the boundaries. She also paid necessary fees. But so far no survey has been conducted. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
5.The allegation of the petitioner is that respondents are not even receiving the application. According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents the petitioner has not paid the necessary fees.
6.In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to pay necessary fees and on payment of necessary fees the 2nd respondent is directed to receive the application of the petitioner and consider the same and survey the land with reference to the relevant documents and revenue records and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
