ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner 1/4

in Crl OP(MD) No.19821 of 2025 by order dated 17.04.2026 that 6(b)the petitioner shall report before the Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m., on all working days, until further orders. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No. 19821 of 2025 on 17.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
