Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Respondents to Survey the petitioner's land to an extent of 17 cents situated in Survey No.84/6 at Solankuruni Village, Madurai District and lay boundary stones based on his representation dated 04.02.2016 within a time frame.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Survey No.84/6, Solankuruni Village, Madurai District.

Since there is a dispute between the petitioner and adjacent land owners regarding the boundaries of the land, he filed an application dated 04.02.2016 before the respondents to survey his land and fix the boundaries. He also paid necessary fees. But so far no survey has been conducted. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

5. In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 04.02.2016 and survey the land with reference to the relevant sale deeds and revenue records and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
