ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the petitioner's son named Ishanth son of Iruthayam aged about 3 years old before this Court.

2. Since the petitioner's husband had taken her child on 25.02.2023 without informing anyone, she had given a complaint on the same day. Thereafter, since there was no much progress in the investigation, she had filed the present habeas corpus petition.

3. After notice being ordered to the third respondent police, the petitioner's child was secured and his custody was handed over to the petitioner. Today, both the petitioner and her son Ishanth, S/o.Irudhayan are 2/4

present before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner has been met. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
