ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.464 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and proceed with the same as per law within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the F.I.R., this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.464 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
