ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C in Crime No.468 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that this case is at the stage of 174 Cr.P.C.

3.On 23.09.2021, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain directions. As per the directions of this Court, the petitioner appeared before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police for a period of two weeks, even though, the offence has not been altered by the respondent police till date. 4.As on date, there is no apprehension to the petitioner for the arrest at the hands of the respondent police. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
