ORDER

To comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothuudi in Cr.M.P.No.2150 of 2022, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that pursuant to the above said order, enquiry was initiated. During the enquiry it revealed that the dispute between the parties is a civil dispute and advised them to work out their remedy through appropriate civil process. But that closure was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that it is a civil dispute pending between the parties and they were advised to approached the appropriate civil forum and that the closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi, the relief for which the petitioner is filed has become infructuous.

4. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
