ORDER

The petitioner executed settlement deed in favour of her daughter. The document was presented before the first respondent on 05.06.2024. The 1/4

document is kept as pending document. Seeking its release, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that since protest petition was received from the second respondent and enquiry is going on, the document could not be released. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the second respondent is none other than the petitioner's erstwhile daughter-in-law. The petitioner's son is said to have divorced her and the petitioner's son has also passed away. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. The first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
