O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The detenu, who is aged about 23 years has been secured. She informed that she has married the fourth respondent. Further, she informed us that there is threat to her and the fourth respondent. 2.In such view of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 to see it sufficient protection is given to the young couple and to their family.

They produced a powder like substance and expressed their apprehension that it might be a drug. According to them, this was taken from inside the book of the detenu. The detenu has informed that it is only a medicine, which has been made into powder. 4.In the presence of both sides, the substance has been handed over to the Investigating Officer/the second respondent herein. The substance will be sent to the concerned Narcotic Wing for analysis. The second respondent, after receiving the report, shall take appropriate action, if any offence is made out. 5.This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, setting the detenu at liberty.
