This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.9(ii) imposed in Cr.M.P.No.1388 of 2023, dated 24.05.2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is working at Chennai, the condition No.9(ii) imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1388 of 2023, dated 24.05.2023, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, directing him to appear and sign before the respondent police daily https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.12088 of 2023 at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered with the above modification.
