O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The reply letter given by Madurai Corporation in proceeding dated 30.05.2025 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.The petitioner made a complaint against the third respondent for putting up unauthorized constructions. The Corporation authorities conducted an inspection and identified the unauthorized constructions. They have issued lock and seal notice under Section 56 and 57 of Town and Country Planning Act. Challenging the said lock and seal notice, the third respondent preferred a revision under Section 80A of Town and Country Planning Act, which is pending before the Government. Under these circumstances, the present writ petition is not entertainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to implead himself in the revision petition pending before the Government for effective adjudication of the issues.

3.The respondent Madurai Corporation is directed to initiate all further actions based on the order to be passed by the Government in the revision petition filed under Section 80A of Town and Country Planning Act.

4.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
