ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.349 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation, final report has also been filed and the same has been taken note in C.C.No.459 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 354 and 506(ii) IPC before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
