Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was licensed to run a catering stall in Villupuram Railway Station. The period has since expired. The Railway management has taken over the running of the stall also.Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration. This writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
