This petition has been filed to modify the condition of cash deposit of Rs.25,000/- each by the petitioners imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.4196 of 2018 dated 12.09.2018.
2.The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai. But condition was imposed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as cash surety each by the petitioners.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this condition would cause them great hardship. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners demolished the building belonging to the de-facto complainant and caused damages to a tune of Rs.1,75,000/-. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

condition already imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai.
6.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
