O R D E R
The petitioner has lodged complaints on 05.06.2025 and 12.06.2025 before the respondent police and filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register his complaints.
2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the petitioner is a subsequent purchaser of the subject property and there is a dispute between the land owner and its cultivating tenant. The complaint of this petitioner was treated as a petition enquiry in CSR No.247 of 2025 and during the enquiry, they have found that in order to evict the cultivating tenant, this petitioner has foisted this false complaint. As the issue is with regard to the dispute between the landlord and tenant, the respondent police has closed the complaint. The report of the respondent police is also placed before 2/5
this Court, wherein, a reference has been made as to the orders passed by the District Munsif Court, in O.S.No.110 of 2011 as against this petitioner by imposing a cost of Rs.3,000/- to the petitioner.
3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the report to the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
