ORDER

The petitioner is challenging the order of suspension dated 25.11.2015.

2.Even though the order of suspension is dated 25.11.2015, but the order is to take effect retrospectively from 24.08.2015. Alleging that the petitioner cannot be suspended merely on the ground ground of pendency of the F.I.R., the petitioner has made a representation dated 22.10.2015 to the respondent to revoke the suspension order.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation dated 22.10.2015 has not been received by the respondent and if a copy of the same is submitted, it is agreeable for the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.10.2015 and to pass orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.This Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of

the matter, directs the petitioner to submit a copy of representation dated 22.10.2015 to the respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
