Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to Survey the petitioner property comprised in Survey No.70-6A, situated at Trichy North Taluk, Pirattiyoor East Village and Tiruchirapalli Corporation, Ponmalai Division, Survey Ward A J, Block 1, T.S.No.189 on the basis of the petitioner application dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

16.08.2016 within a time frame.

4.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Survey No.70-6A, situated at Trichy North Taluk, Pirattiyoor East Village and Tiruchirapalli Corporation, Ponmalai Division, Survey Ward A J, Block 1, T.S.No.189. He filed an application dated 16.08.2016 before the first respondent to survey his property and fix the boundaries. He also paid necessary fees. But so far no survey has been conducted. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 16.08.2016 and survey the land with reference to the relevant sale deeds and revenue records and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
