ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and letter in D.No.675/2021 ,dated 23.07.2021 received from Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai,seeking further three months time to dispose the case, and this Court made the following order:

The learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai would submit a letter to the High Court to grant further three months time to dispose the case in A.S.No.72 of 1990, as per order in C.R.P(MD) No.1096 of 2020, dated 21.04.2021, due to COVID-19 Pandemic. At that time all the Subordinate Courts in Thanjavur District were not permitted to be opened for physical hearing and also submit that the copy was received only on 29.06.2021.

2. In view of the same, further three months time is granted to dispose of A.S.No.72 of 1990 on the file of the Sub - Court, Pattukottai.
