PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 and 4 not to grant Three Phase Electricity connection to the 5th respondent for the Electricity Connection Number 429 and change the Electricity Main Line Wire to other direction without disturbing the Petitioner's Mango trees by following all the safety measures within a stipulated time that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to grant three phase electricity connection to the fifth respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that already three phase electricity connection has been given on 27.09.2021.
