2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents submits that on completion of investigation in Crime No.68 of 2025, final report was filed by the respondent police and the same was taken on file by the Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act cases, Tenkasi in Spl.Case No.7 of 2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
