JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD).No.14182 of 2012 dated 03.06.2019.
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the entire arrears of rent towards the official quarters has been paid and the appellant has also vacated the quarters, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Appeal since the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
