ORDER

(This Petition was heard through the Video Conferencing) This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's petition in the light of the direction given by the first respondent vide his proceedings in O.Mu.No.52844/2019/C5 and Na.Ka.No.29363/2020/C5, dated 16.12.2019 and 16.09.2020 respectively.

Heard Mr.K.Gurunathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, a final order has been passed by the second respondent on 26.11.2020 and the same has also been placed before this Court. Hence, the petitioner will have to necessarily challenge the final order passed by the second respondent dated 26.11.2020.

4. After recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final order, dated 26.11.2020 passed by the second respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.17228 of 2020 accordance with law. However, the respondents are directed to communicate the final order dated 26.11.2020 to the petitioner. No costs.
