Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MUTHUMALAI RAJA, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU,Government Advocate (Crl.side) behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16406 of 2018, dated 12.09.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.It is seen that there was a delay to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioners.
