This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction permitting the petitioner to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge(FAC), Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST(POA)Act, 1989, Dindigul in Crime No.205 of 2025 and file an application for the grant bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has created problem during temple festival and opposes to grant the relief sought for.
