ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime NO.3808 of 2020 dated 25.10.2020 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.3808 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 294(b), 447, 465, 420 and 506(i) of IPC. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within six months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
