O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30 May 2015. The said representation is directed against the fourth respondent herein.

2.The allegation of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent is residing at Kerala and he is also having two ration https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cards and two identity cards, one at Kerala and another one at Kanyakumari District. This allegation was enquired into by the Taluk Supply Officer.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 placing reliance on the communication bearing R.O.C.No.C1/9145/2017 dated 24 July 2017 submitted that on enquiry, it has been found that the fourth respondent herein is residing at door No.4-38A, Shanmuga Bhavan, Anducode, Akollencode and that he is not having any family card in Kerala State.

4.In view of the categorical stand taken by the official respondent, this Court finds no reason to grant the mandamus sought for in the writ petition.
