ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with the notice to the fourth respondent and counter of the respondents 1 to 3, who are represented by Mr.D.Ghandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader and Mr.A.Sivanupandian, learned Standing Counsel.
2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the fourth respondent is putting up a construction over the Church, namely, St.Peter's Church, without any proper authorisation and as a neighbour, the petitioner is disturbed. However, as far as the question, as to how the petitioner, in his 2/5
individual capacity, is disturbed by the so called unauthorised construction, is concerned, which is highly debatable, there is also no answer forthing from the petitioner.
3. It appears that the petitioner has some rivalry and dispute with the fourth respondent and has, thus, approached this Court. Therefore, jurisdiction of the Court cannot be allowed to settle private disputes between the private parties.
4. At this stage, it is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent 1 and 2 that the first respondent has directed the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli to inspect the Church premises and to give a report to the first respondent for taking suitable action.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
