ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the order and decree passed by Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, in E.P.No.180/2022 dated 02.06.2023 in A.C.P.No.89/2020 on the file of Arbitratal Tribunal (Sole Arbitrator) Tirunelveli, dated 28.08.2021 and set aside the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre and therefore, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
