ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the 1st respondent to remove the names of the respondents 2 to 5 from the tax receipts and to transfer in the name of trust, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2016.
2.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the material documents carefully.
3.On perusal of the documents, this Court is of the view that since civil disputes are pending between the parties and the property tax amount cannot be changed at this stage. 4.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted.
