This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th and 5th respondents to amend the assessment book by rectifying the mistake in assessing house tax in the name of 6th respondent in respect of house bearing D.No.36A,Puliyurkurichi Village, Dohnavur Post, Naguneri Taluk,Tirunelveli District and assess the same in the name of petitioner. 2/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is informed that the relief claimed by the petitioner has been granted to the petitioner. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
