Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.4 to survey the land of the petitioner with adequate police protection in the Survey No.636/10B which is situated in Thottanampatti Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his representation dated 04.05.2025.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to survey the property belonged to him situated in Survey No.636/10B, Thottanampatti Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his representation dated 04.05.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional
Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fifth respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property is his ancestral property and the patta for the said property stands in the name of the petitioner's deceased father, Mohamed Ibrahim, in Patta No.1497. The legal heirship certificate produced by the petitioner would indicate that the petitioner's father died on 17.01.2021, leaving behind the petitioner as only surviving legal heir. The petitioner submitted an online application before the respondents on 21.01.2025 in Application No. 2025/0123/13/009103, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit the application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 21.01.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owner and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
