ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No. 445 of 2011, pending on the file of the first respondent as illegal.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent represented that in this case investigation has already been completed and final report was filed as 'Action Dropped'. Further, the defacto complainant/second respondent also reported died.
