ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.09.2018, for the offences punishable under Section 4(1)(a) and 4(1-A) of Tamilnadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.270 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seek bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution that on 21.09.2018, while check up, the accused persons having the bag of liquor without any proper bill and the mixed some substances along with the liquor and the accused No.1 was selling the same in high prices. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that A1 and A2 in this case has been released on bail. The petitioner is arrayed as A3 and he is an innocent person and he has committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that while check up, the accused persons having the bag of liquor without any proper bill https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration by the petitioner and since the coaccused has been released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Paramakudi.
