ORDER
The Writ Petition challenges the order of confiscating the petitioner's vehicle. As against the order of confiscation, dated 17.02.2026, the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of filing an appeal before the Jurisdictional District Court. The said fact is mentioned in the impugned order itself.
2. In view thereof, this writ petition is not entertained and is accordingly disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Jurisdictional District Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 09.06.2026 sji NCC: Yes/No 2/4
