ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to to direct the respondent to issue a passport by incorporating the petitioner's date of birth as 25th November 1978, based on the application dated 19.08.2019 in File No.MD No.72368520919 for her Haj Pilgrimage.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the application of the petitioner has already been closed.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to make an application afresh. There shall be no order as to the costs. 21.01.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No jbr 2/4
