Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take appropriate steps to issue the certificate and the first respondent to issue the Apprenticeship Training ''Certificate of Proficiency'' for the Petitioner's successful completion of Apprenticeship Training at second respondent workshop from 8.9.2010 to 7.9.2011 for the period of one year on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2016 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
