O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2017.
2.Heard Mr.D.Anbarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a Courier company and due to business motive, the vehicle of the petitioner was intercepted and kidnapped by some unknown persons and a sum of Rs.85,000/- was also also robbed by them. respondent police and the respondent police is not acting in accordance with law.
Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 and 2. But, the same has not been considered so far. Therefore the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.
4.After some elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the (*)Second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2017, conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
