The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct survey of the properties situate in Survey Nos.10/10, 10/5, 10/6 and 10/9 in Jothilnayakanur Village, Usilampatti Vattam, Madurai District, by considering his application dated 03.04.2025.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner, survey was conducted by the third respondent on 05.05.2025. He has also produced the acknowledgement signed by the petitioner under this for having surveyed the subject property.

3. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
