PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.449 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of prosecution is that on 19.09.2020 the petitioner along with other accused said to have abused the defacto complainant, assaulted him and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and having six previous cases of similar nature. He would also submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy.

5. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
