This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.318 of 2026, dated 27.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
