Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 449 and 302 of IPC @ 147, 148, 120(b), 212, 449 and 302 of IPC. He seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner had earlier moved this Court on two occasions. This Court had held that since this is a case of murder, unless it can be conclusively established that he has been falsely implicated in this case, the question of granting anticipatory bail will not arise. Therefore, this petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
