ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof , this Court made the following order: On the basis of the representation made by the learned Additional Public 1/3
Prosecutor that final report has already been filed before the concerned Court report was called for on the administrative side. There is no judicial order is required. Report has been received from the trial Court stating that so far no final report has been filed.
