ORDER
Heard the learned appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. Patta in respect of the petition mentioned land was granted in favour of the writ petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the private respondents filed a review before the first respondent. The petitioner's case is that pendency of the said proceedings are causing cloud on the petitioner. She wants the petition mentioned proceedings to be disposed of expeditiously. No exception can be taken to the said request.
4. The first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is 2/4
open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
