ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3145 of 2026 in Crl.A. 1/4

(MD)No.209 of 2026 dated 16.04.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 45 days.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 45 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3145 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.209 of 2026 dated 16.04.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.
